Meet Our Group

LPS is open to hiring full- & part-time assessment psychologists.  We offer challenging work in a flexible, independent, yet supportive setting.  Our evaluation services are widely used by court professionals in several of the southernmost NJ counties, & we also receive referrals from central/north NJ, as well as Philadelphia & other southeast PA counties.  We need you to be licensed or license-eligible in NJ (&/or PA), with clinical & forensic assessment experience (interviewing, testing, testimony), self-driven, a proficient report-writer, flexible, open to feedback & help.

If you fit these descriptions, contact Dr. Loving to discuss work possibilities.  If needed, we will work with you to complete the licensing process, also to provide ongoing supervision/consultation/training as needed.  We are able to provide extensive clinical & administrative support, depending on your needs.

Our psychologists are ...

  • Licensed in NJ, PA, DE, & MA, each with experience working in some or all of the specialty areas listed on the Our Servicespage.
  • Active in local & national professional organizations (attending, presenting, co-organizing).
  • Adjunct faculty at local graduate-level psychology programs.  We believe this teaching experience translates into effectiveness in other areas of our practice (for example, discussing complex psychological concepts in plain English, while testifying & while speaking to clients in-session).
  • Empathic & compassionate, drawing from our own life experiences, & able to relate to people in painful or complicated court-involved situations.

As a group, we know that being well-versed in the clinical & scientific literature is necessary but not enough.  We also place a value on being well-grounded in common sense, empathy, & practical life experience.
